Carousel Costumes is a theatrical costumier providing costumes to both professional and amateur companies nationwide for shows, both musical and plays, as well as pantomimes, photo shoots, television and films. Costumes are also available for medieval weddings and banquets as well as corporate events. We are also able to provide a range of accessories.
Appointments are required including weekends for viewing and fitting costumes, which are provided at competitive prices.

The proprietor of Carousel Costumes Theatrical Costumiers is Andrew Wilson-Jenner. Andrew's ambition to use many years' experience working in the theatre, both rep and finally the Royal Opera House in their wardrobe departments, was achieved in 1990 when, after researching the amateur operatic market thoroughly, he opened Carousel Costumes in the town centre of Leamington Spa. Andrew soon realised that he could use his knowledge of shows to dress them and bought the stock of a costumier in the Thames Valley. This was the basis of his new large stock of shows to which he has a continuous programme of improvement and maintenance, supplying both the amateur and professional theatre all over the country. Naturally, after 3 years, Andrew had to relocate to the current larger premises, in the old town of Leamington Spa, with ample parking. The premises are ideally situated close to the M40 linking to the major motorways both south and north. The staff are both efficient and friendly providing a first class service to clients old and new. |
